It's that time of year again when apricot blossoms fill the air with fragrance.

Peonies are a beautiful sight because of their magnificence and nobility; chrysanthemums are a beautiful sight because of their fragrance and beauty; red plum blossoms are a beautiful sight because of their purity and resilience. However, the unassuming apricot blossom is also a beautiful sight, a unique sight in my hometown's spring.

Every spring, apricot blossoms herald spring, and my hometown is immersed in a pink world. A gentle spring breeze carries the fragrance of flowers, invading the heart and soul, bringing instant comfort. Looking up at the sky, even the sky seems clearer, and the clouds appear more graceful and lighter. It

's that time of year again when apricot blossoms fill the air with fragrance; the apricot blossoms in my hometown should be blooming by now!

The Song Dynasty poet Liu Tong wrote in his poem, "The steps are covered with green grass, a fragrant expanse of apricot blossoms." I'm both grateful and grateful to live in the Northwest, where spring comes relatively late. After the beginning of spring, the south is already in the warm spring of March, with willow catkins flying and a vibrant spring scene, while my hometown is still covered in snow, a world of silver and white. After April arrives, the earth slowly awakens, the ice and snow gradually melt, and the grass begins to quietly peek out to smell the breath of spring. The first sign of spring is the apricot blossoms covering the mountains and fields. Try it next spring; a gentle spring breeze will cause the apricot trees to be covered overnight with buds ready to bloom—white and pink, like newborn babies, or like a beautiful woman half-veiled behind a pipa, delicate and lovely, exquisitely beautiful. "Listening to the spring rain all night in the small building, selling apricot blossoms in the deep alley tomorrow morning," I don't know when, after a light spring rain, I opened the window in the morning, and wow—in front of my house, in the ditch, on the hillside, on the apricot trees all over the mountains, the buds could no longer resist the temptation of the spring rain and bloomed in profusion. What a pink world! A gentle spring breeze carries the fragrance of flowers, making one feel refreshed and happy.

The apricot blossoms in my hometown are blooming, blooming beautifully and movingly. The ditches and hillsides, desolate throughout the winter snow and cold winds, eagerly adorn themselves with the beauty and charm of apricot blossoms, preparing to greet the belated spring in their hometown with their most beautiful appearance. The delicate fragrance of apricot blossoms follows closely behind the spring breeze, carrying its scent to every household. Bees, obsessed with the fragrance, swarm together, buzzing joyfully as they rush towards the blossoms, flitting back and forth, wishing they could carry away all the apricot blossom's delicate fragrance. And then there are the butterflies, the dancers accompanying the fragrance, fluttering in twos and threes, their pink, white, and colorful wings dancing gracefully, rising and falling, following the wafting fragrance of apricot blossoms, even if their faces are flushed from exhaustion, they still complete that beautiful dance.

It's that time of year again when apricot blossoms fill the air with fragrance. Have the apricot blossoms at Grandma's house already bloomed and are filling the air with their sweet scent? In my grandmother's courtyard, there were two tall and straight apricot trees. From as far back as I can remember, every year when the apricot blossoms were in full bloom, I would climb onto my grandmother's back and go to the apricot trees. We would sit together on the grass under the trees, watching the apricot blossoms, the bees, and the butterflies, and listening to my grandmother tell stories about the flowers, bees, and butterflies. In my innocent heart, I learned that the apricot blossoms were actually apricot blossom fairies from the Jade Pool of the Queen Mother of the West who had descended to earth, which explained their beauty. I also learned that bees only live for twenty-eight days, which made me feel sorry for them. And I learned that butterflies were the embodiment of a pair of lovers, which explained why butterflies are always in pairs. After the story was finished, Grandma would walk shakily to the apricot tree branch, pluck the largest apricot blossom from the drooping branch, and rub it back and forth on my forehead with her thumb and forefinger, murmuring, "Wipe with apricot blossom, and a year of peace and happiness will come." At that moment, the fresh scent of apricot blossoms would always fill my nostrils and permeate my heart. Another

year has passed, and the apricot blossoms are fragrant again. Although Grandma is no longer here, her trembling figure remains vividly clear in my memory!

The Song Dynasty poet Song Qi wrote in his poem "Yu Lou Chun," "A light chill in the morning beyond the green willows, spring's exuberance on the red apricot branches." Every year when the apricot blossoms fill the air in my hometown, the red apricots themselves are certainly poetic, but the sight of young men and women celebrating spring with the blossoms adds another layer of poetic beauty.

Every year, when the apricot blossoms fill the air in my hometown, many young men and women stroll among the apricot trees, creating a beautiful scene with the blossoms, bees, and butterflies. The beauty of apricot blossoms, the tranquil fragrance of apricot blossoms, swarms of bees, and pairs of butterflies—in such a romantic and poetic setting, how could young people not weave a touching love story?

blossoms must be weaving a romantic love story! It's that time of year again when apricot blossoms fill the air with their fragrance. Touched by the sight of boys and girls cutting many branches to take home, arranging them in vases with water, the house is instantly filled with the delicate scent of apricot blossoms. Apricot blossoms placed in vases

tend to bloom for a longer time, and their fragrance lasts longer. "Gather ye rosebuds while ye may, lest they wither and fall." Apricot blossoms bloom and drift away, and after a short week, they wither and fall. "When spring fades and flowers fall, beauty fades and death comes." People lament the fleeting nature of youth and beauty. The apricot blossoms in the vase evoke youth and beautiful memories of youth.

It's that time of year again when the apricot blossoms are in full bloom. I imagine myself sitting on the grass beneath a blossoming apricot tree, a book in hand, quietly watching the bees flit overhead and butterflies dance around me. A gentle breeze carries the fragrance of the blossoms, and beautiful petals flutter down onto my head and clothes.

It's that time of year again when the apricot blossoms are in full bloom. Far from home, I often dream of the fields covered in vibrant, fiery red apricot blossoms. The pink and white blossoms sway gently in the spring breeze, their fragrance seeming to beckon me, waiting for me to turn back.

I remember the song "In Spring" by the duo Rising Sun: "If one day I quietly depart, please bury me in this spring." Perhaps one day, I too will quietly grow old, and I will return to the apricot trees of my hometown, to watch the blossoms quietly in the season of fragrance, and fall into a deep sleep beneath the fluttering petals, never to awaken again, just like the apricot blossoms.

Oh, it's that time of year again when the apricot blossoms are in full bloom...
