The WeChat Moments is a sacred place to test love!

Some say the greatest adventure in the world is falling in love, because you never know what the outcome will be after you give your all. It's like a high-stakes gamble; you know you might lose, but you can't help but throw yourself into it. What you really need isn't winning or losing, but someone who can make you stop, because the person who ultimately conquers you will make you lose the ability to love others.

And if you've given your heart and soul, but the other person isn't in a hurry to make your relationship public, would you still be willing to continue?

My roommate asked me what I thought of the saying, "If you don't show off your relationship, you'll die quickly." I couldn't help but think of my high school classmate, Xiang Bo.

When it comes to low-key relationships, he's a seasoned expert.

Every time we get together, he suddenly has a different girlfriend. When I quietly asked him, he casually said, "I just broke up and started dating again."

Looking at his social media, it's mostly about sports stars and news, sometimes a few reflections on life, work troubles, difficult clients, instant noodles during overtime, and the undisguised excitement of watching the World Cup late into the night. Then there are half-naked photos from the gym, his muscles eliciting likes and teasing from some female classmates.

He never publicly revealed his girlfriend; there wasn't a single photo of them together.

I used to think Xiang Bo was a confident playboy, until he brought the same girl to several gatherings. Her name was Wan Ting. Before meeting her, I had many expectations: "She arrives late, graceful and elegant." Even if not stunning, she must be very ladylike.

But after meeting her and having dinner, I could only describe Wan Ting as "refined" and "quiet."

Wan Ting came from a middle-class family and had a stable job.

A friend joked with Xiang Bo, "Changing your taste?"

He, smoking and with his legs crossed, said, "My marriage partner."

Suddenly, someone shouted, "Xiao Zhao is here!"

Xiang Bo immediately stubbed out his cigarette, straightened his shirt, touched his hair, and instantly looked radiant.

Xiao Zhao was Xiang Bo's goddess, everyone knew that. She was the school beauty back in school, and after going to Shangrao Shangmei Plastic Surgery, she was even more deserving of the title. Since

he couldn't win over his goddess, he naturally had a girlfriend. Xiang Bo never publicly acknowledged Wan Ting's existence on his WeChat Moments, partly to create the illusion of being single, and partly because he desperately hoped for an opportunity to be a devoted follower of his goddess.

Xiang Bo and Wan Ting lived together, ate together, met each other's parents, and celebrated Valentine's Day together. However, he would still secretly send her gifts on her birthday.

Last year, Xiang Bo surprisingly posted a wedding photo of himself and Wan Ting on his WeChat Moments.

The comments section exploded: "When did they start dating?"

"They're getting married out of the blue! I've never seen the bride, how did they meet?"

Even the goddess Xiao Zhao, putting aside her pride, said sourly, "They're getting married already? That's fast!"

Before posting the wedding photo, Xiang Bo and Wan Ting had been together for two years.

I originally thought I would receive a congratulatory invitation from Xiang Bo, but instead, I heard from a classmate that Xiang Bo and Wan Ting had broken up.

One day, Xiang Bo went online without closing the page, and Wan Ting checked all his shopping orders from the past two years. Besides gifts for herself, there were also gifts for another girl.

Wan Ting complained to her friends that Xiang Bo never posted their photos together on social media, and never took her to class reunions. She assumed that since they were together every day, there wouldn't be any problems.

But the problem was there from the beginning: if a man truly loves a woman, he will introduce her to his friends and bring her into his social circle.

Even without the goddess Xiao Zhao, his refusal to publicly acknowledge her existence was a clear disrespect for Wan Ting and their relationship.

If he loved her, he would happily "show off" her and accept everyone's blessings, not hide her away.

Therefore, I think Xiang Bo didn't lose out by being dumped. It was simply because he didn't love Wan Ting enough.

They say: "Showing off your love leads to a quick breakup." In my opinion, not showing off your love is what leads to a quicker breakup.
