Huangguoshu on campus

In my childhood, I held your neck, whispering my dreams

in your ear. In spring, you embraced a verdant world, letting me grow under your protection. I fluttered my wings, slowly setting sail. From the March winds, I understood the whispers of youth ; from the May rains, I understood the verses of life . In summer, you brought out a jar of old wine, intoxicating the campus, intoxicating me. You weren't drunk ; you let me pack my ideals, fill my bag with longing, and, carrying your alluring fragrance, fly towards the blue sky , soaring high, braving the scorching sun, fighting the storms, battling the heat. I was never afraid , because there was a pair of eyes behind me , watching me; because there was someone on the road of autumn, waiting for me , waiting for me in autumn . Autumn is the season of harvest, autumn is the season of falling leaves . When the autumn wind blows and the leaves fall, I will surely return to your side, letting you nestle in my arms. Let our love, our affection, our friendship, last forever. The tail of the dry well... A loud bang, a roar... Rows of bulldozers... Buried the ancient memories of the dry well. Ancient times, so very far away... Sleeping for countless years... The dry well developed a habit: embracing the long tail of the mountain village... snoring softly ... Waking up, opening its eyes ... Rows of tall buildings... Holding the calloused hand of the mountain village... Singing the hymns of youth, playing the chords of happiness in the water jets spewing from giant dragons ... The dry well blinked... Asking the mountain village: Where's your tail? The mountain village shook its head, smiled, and pointed at the dry well. The dry well touched its own hand: It didn't know when it had grown a long tail ... The shadow ... Long, too long... Shorter, shorter ... Long, still in yesterday's story... Shorter, the starting point of dreams...

Never try to stop someone who wants to leave.

Even if they are not relatives, they can still be close.
