Learn a timeless acupressure massage technique to relieve neck pain, cervical spondylosis, neck soreness, and neck stiffness!

Many of my friends have developed cervical spondylosis at a young age. Doctors say that nine and a half out of ten young people have cervical spondylosis these days, and this is no exaggeration! Most of my classmates have taken up white-collar jobs after graduation, sitting in front of computers all day and lacking exercise. Sometimes, a sudden turn of the head can cause dizziness and blurred vision, sometimes nausea, tinnitus, frequent stiff neck from sleeping, a feeling of lightness when walking, and constant neck pain...㊙️ These are actually latent symptoms of cervical spondylosis. If they are not noticed, they may be mistaken for other illnesses and ignored, leading to the cervical spondylosis getting worse.⚠️

I learned a set of acupressure techniques for the cervical spine from a classmate who is a medical assistant. Regardless of whether you have cervical spondylosis or not, this acupressure method can relieve fatigue in mild cases and reduce swelling and pain in severe cases. You might as well try it when you have time; it's really effective.

🔴 Head and Neck Acupressure 1⃣ Press the head with your thumbs

on your temples and the other four fingers on both sides of your head. 1.

**Press and rub vigorously 20-30 times:** This can improve eyesight, refresh the mind, and invigorate the spirit.

2. **Massage Baihui acupoint:

** Located at the top center of the head, Baihui is closely connected to the brain and is a key acupoint for regulating brain function.

Massage method: Press Baihui with your index finger and massage vigorously 20-30 times, gradually increasing the pressure.

3. **Pinch and knead neck muscles:**

Place your hands on the back of your neck muscles, with your thumbs and four fingers facing each other. Lift the neck muscles upwards and then relax. Repeat

20-30 times from top to bottom.

4. **Massage Fengchi acupoint:**

Located in the depressions on both sides of the back of the neck, press Fengchi with both thumbs on the same side, with the other fingers on both sides of the head. Massage 20-30 times, gradually increasing the pressure.

5. **Press Jianjing acupoint:

** Located at the midpoint of the line connecting Dazhui and the acromion, in the shoulder muscles.

Press the Jianjing acupoint on the opposite side with the pad of your middle finger, pressing from light to heavy pressure 10-20 times, alternating between sides.

6⃣ Massage the Dazhui acupoint

. The Dazhui acupoint is located in the gap below the largest vertebra in the cervical spine at the back of the neck.

Massage the Dazhui acupoint with four fingers together 20-30 times, alternating between sides, until the area feels warm.

🔴Massage hand acupoints🔴Massage

hand and foot reflex zones

. Due to space limitations, these two are listed in the pictures.

In addition, patients with cervical spondylosis should go to the hospital as soon as possible for examinations such as X-rays and MRI to determine if they have cervical spondylosis.

If it is a mild, not very serious, chronic condition, symptoms can be relieved through non-surgical treatments such as traction, acupuncture, medication, and plasters. If it is severe cervical spondylosis, surgery is the best option, as other treatments are not very effective.

I myself went to the city center hospital for examination based on a classmate's advice. Fortunately, my cervical spondylosis wasn't severe. Since then, I've started paying attention to exercise 🏊🏻. Every day, I massage acupoints using the massage methods my classmate taught me, and then apply far-infrared pain-relieving patches prescribed by my doctor. After applying them, my entire back of my neck feels warm and soothing, which is incredibly comfortable 👍. I suggest that when massaging acupoints, you don't need to press all of them; just press the key acupoints marked in my picture! It saves effort and the effect is the same.

⭕️ Now I clearly feel much more relaxed than before. I can twist my neck backwards with force without feeling dizzy or lightheaded. That's all for today's sharing. I wish my experience can help all friends with neck pain!
